With a welcoming atmosphere this is the perfect place to take your first class and experience yoga. Yoga for Beginners is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class flows at a slower paced with a focus on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Jill teaches the importance and the power of the body and mind connection, which helps lower stress levels, promotes health, flexibility and strength, as well as an overall feeling of wellbeing. This is a great class if you’re looking to learn the foundations of yoga, want a slower paced class, or if you need to take a break from more vigorous styles of yoga. Beginners and all-levels welcome.
