Yoga is not only a connection of the mind and body but also of our souls. We can connect our minds to our bodies through breathing and a range of movements, which increase flexibility and strength with repetition and time. Starting each practice with intention and introspection will strengthen the connection between mind and body.
A gentle yet uplifting flow that is inspired by the ancient teachings of yoga. Jill will weave in thoughts & principles inspired by the Yoga Sutras & Bhagavad Gita for a meditative practice—focusing on the rhythm of breath, intention and gratitude to move you through the flow. This spirited practice will end with meditation and a beautiful & restful savasana—a truly beautiful way to begin the week! Beginners welcome as modifications will be offered.
