Jill will weave in thoughts & principles inspired by the Yoga Sutras & Bhagavad Gita for a meditative practice—focusing on the rhythm of breath, intention and gratitude to move you through the flow. This spirited practice will end with meditation and a beautiful & restful savasana—a truly beautiful way to begin the week! Beginners welcome as modifications will be offered.
