PRIVATE YOGA
Private yoga classes offer beginners and advanced practitioners the opportunity to develop and deepen their personal yoga practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. All sequences will be designed and adapted to your individual needs and wishes.
WORKSHOPS
Deepen your practice with Yoga and Ayurveda workshops. The workshops and events are designed to provide students a relaxed learning environment created to extend your knowledge and understanding of Yoga and Ayurveda.
1:1 AYURVEDIC CONSULTATIONS
As your Ayurvedic Health Specialist my role is to help you examine your current diet and lifestyle and help you to make choices that contribute to overall health, wellbeing and balance. We will work together to help you better understand your unique constitutional makeup and ways to uncover your true state of health.
GUIDED AYURVEDIC SEASONAL CLEANSE
A holistic wellness plan using Ayurvedic and Yoga practices to reset your health naturally.
Our body desires to keep us aligned with nature, in sync with both daily and seasonal rhythm. Seasonal cleanses give you the opportunity to slow down enough to sense your own pace, your own rhythm. It gives you space to rest and reset to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.
An Ayurvedic seasonal cleanse is the perfect way to start looking at your life and your health differently.
