A Miracle Morning is waking up and going through an intentional morning self-care routine- providing productivity and relaxation before the day even begins.
When we have a morning self-care ritual, we take a proactive approach, rather than a reactive approach to the day. We tell ourselves that we are worth investing a little time in.
Creating a morning self-care routine will restore you, build you up, give you confidence and make you feel amazing. And, it can all be done in less than 60 minutes.
In this workshop, you’ll experience a Miracle Morning routine including a vinyasa flow, journaling and meditation.
