We will gather together as a community on Thanksgiving morning for a special holiday class to give pause and recognize all that we have to be grateful for. Jill will lead a vinyasa flow to be followed by a grounding, restorative sequence and guided meditation.
Spend time on your mat to set the tone for the day by focusing on the yogic concept of santosha, a principle which highlights the importance of contentment and gratitude.
We’ll close the class with journaling.
Leave feeling both invigorated and grounded, set up to spend the rest of your holiday with a relaxed body and calm mind!
