Embodied Vinyasa Flow is an energizing style of yoga that cultivates presence and awareness with a continuous series of flowing postures linked together with breath. This class integrates meditation and mindfulness practice with classical yoga asana to explore how reconnecting with the body and learning to move with awareness can promote a deeper level of health, happiness and inner well-being. An emphasis is placed on self knowledge and self care, as students are guided to listen and respond skillfully to the wisdom of their own body. 1 year experience is recommended.
