Dr. Vasant Lad of The Ayurvedic Institute says that:
“a daily routine is absolutely necessary to bring radical change in body, mind, and consciousness. Routine helps to establish balance by regularizing a person’s biological clock, aiding digestion, absorption and assimilation, and generating self-esteem, discipline, peace, happiness, and longevity.”
If there’s one thing a personal yoga practice has taught me is that you must, absolutely must, take the time to nurture yourself each and every day.
When we dedicate time daily to nourish our bodies and souls, we cultivate a deep respect and love for ourselves.
Learn Ayurveda’s fundamental approach to daily routine so that you may reach the state of balance in your whole being—body, mind, and spirit—that is uniquely right for you based on your individual constitution (dosha).
LEARN THE BASICS OF AYURVEDA
Ayurveda is a system based on strengthening the body, mind, and spirit, allowing the body’s own natural healing mechanisms to work to their fullest potential.

Meet Your Mentor and Guide
Hi, I’m Jill, yogi, forever a student, advanced yoga teacher (500 RYT) and Ayurveda Health Specialist. The Living Ayurveda workshop series is what I wish existed at the beginning of my Ayurveda journey.
Ayurveda can be difficult to take from theory to application. In the Living Ayurveda series I take my studies and practice and bring yoga, Ayurveda and wellness to a modern lifestyle.
I believe it’s more important than ever that we use the practices of Ayurveda to reconnect with what’s real and meaningful. If we slow down enough and learn to listen, the answers to vibrant health and more empowered living can be found all around us.
This is my hope for you: Give yourself time and space to explore this wisdom for yourself.
