CREATE A MINDFUL MORNING

How you wake up each day dramatically affects

your success in every single area of your life.

THIS IS THE START OF SOMETHING FOR YOU – SOMETHING POSITIVE AND PERSONAL.

Self-care is a conscious decision to examine aspects of your life and take active steps to reset and revitalize your body, mind and spirit.

Research shows that adding self-care into one’s daily routine reduces stress, decreases the chance of mental and physical ailment, increases productivity, and inspires feelings of happiness. By giving ourselves a daily dose of compassion, we’re able to approach our work and relationships with a clear, happy mind, thus allowing the cycle of positivity to continue.

Mindful Morning is waking up and going through an intentional morning self-care routine- providing productivity and relaxation before the day even begins.

When we have a morning self-care ritual, we take a proactive approach, rather than a reactive approach to the day. We tell ourselves that we are worth investing a little time in.

Creating a morning self-care routine will restore you, build you up, give you confidence and make you feel amazing. And, it can all be done in less than 60 minutes.

In this workshop, you’ll experience a Mindful Morning routine including a vinyasa flow, journaling and meditation.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:

Learn how to stop being a slave to your alarm clock- snooze button!  In the Mindful Morning Workshop I acquired doable strategies to start my morning in gentle, refreshing, loving ways that honor you!  No costly equipment or supplies to buy, however, you will probably find, nurturing your body -physically, mentally & emotionally is priceless.

I feel I am more productive, I get more things done.

In the past I used to think okay tomorrow I will sleep in because I have to work late, sleep is important……or when my alarm would go off I would mentally run through my day & decide – I can work out later, and then go back to bed.

Since getting out of bed and going right to my yoga mat is mindful morning “non-negotiable,” Jill’s term, instead of all this thinking about how I should workout etc, now I just do it. Less thinking, more doing – yoga, journaling, meditation!

I can’t thank Jill enough for her guidance. I am happy to say that I am doing my miracle morning consistently so far. I have not missed a day of my 3 non-negotiable items: yoga, meditation and journaling.

I have to say that I love the yoga. The meditation was hard for me at first but I feel like I am starting to get that. Once I stopped beating myself up for having other thoughts, it got easier. I have to work on getting up at the same time each morning but I love that this is now part of my morning regardless of when I wake up.

Jill’s resources have been very helpful. This has truly been life changing. Thanks for the daily email inspiration too!

My mindful morning has been really great.  I have learned that my body is really tight in the morning.  I take a little extra time on some of the yoga poses to help open up my hips and lower back and that has really helped.

Thank you Jill for sending the inspirational quotes.  They are beautiful.  I have been using a one note notebook to journal, and have copying the quotes into that notebook.

My mindful morning is going great.  My fav part is the yoga sequence. I have been consistent with my mindful morning and I love the extra time to start the day.  Thank you Jill!
