Yoga & Hike

Description: Enjoy the best of the fall colors with a hike followed by an all levels yoga practice with Jill. Bring your leashed dogs if you would like. Hike will be an easy 1 to 2 mile hike, followed by an all levels yoga practice that will stretch those hiking muscles out.
