Gentle Yoga [Live Stream]

Description: Unwind with gentle flowing movements & passive, restorative poses to nourish the body and calm the mind. This class is designed to help release tension and encourage the body’s own healing power. We end each class with a guided body scan meditation. The teacher’s voice leads the shifting of your attention in a practice of letting go, willful emptying that leads to calmness, quietness and clarity.
