🕉 Beginner Hot Yoga

Description: The class will begin with meditation and then the focus will be on mindful movements and asana, while we work on linking breath with movement. The class is sequenced to smoothly transition from pose to pose creating a mind-body connection to align the body, mind (intention), and breath to achieve our highest potential on and off the mat. You will end the class with a cool essential oil cloth is placed on your forehead for savasana.
