Description
White Lotus Home Yoga Teacher Training is designed so that each aspirant may receive the greatest opportunity for growth in their own personal yoga practice as well as becoming certified to share the many realms of yoga with others. White Lotus hOMe 200 hour program is approved and certified by Yoga Alliance and is a comprehensive training that is a blending of the historical concepts, creative sequencing, anatomy, the energetics and ethics of yoga. Upon completion of this program, certified teachers will feel confident in bringing the mystical traditions of yoga to the modern classroom.
