🕉 Vinyasa To Yin Yoga

Description: Vinyasa to Yin yoga is a class designed to help you balance your energy and quiet your mind. Beginning the class we will move through yoga poses, linking breath to movement to allowing prana or energy to begin flowing in the body. We will end the class in yin poses, holding for 2 to 5 minutes creating a calming, meditative effect. Practicing both a Vinyasa Flow (yang) and a Yin practice promotes better mobility and strength in your joints, ligaments and deep connective tissues while also challenging your mind to stay present. Meditation included. Open to all levels.
