🕉 Mixed Level Vinyasa

Beginning with a simple breathing meditation to quiet the mind, this class cultivates a moment to moment sense of awareness as each pose flows into the next, deepening our experience of yoga and life. The fundamental principals of yogic breathing (Pranayama), breath synchronized movements (Vinyasa) and the sequencing of traditional poses (Asanas), prepare the practitioner to open the body, develop steadiness of mind and freedom of the heart.
Class will be mixed level and open to all
