There is an ancient wisdom that has keys to your unlocked potential and the unique reasons why you think, feel, and behave in certain ways: Ayurveda, the medical science of yoga.  Ayurveda literally means “knowledge of life” in Sanskrit.  It is the most ancient system of natural health care on the planet today. With its roots in India, Ayurveda treats not just ailments but the whole person, with emphasis on preventing disorders through holistic balance.

Ayurveda looks at the individual – physically, spiritually, and mentally – to give you an in-depth understanding of your unique self and what makes you, you.  Come find out more about your innate nature and how you can feel your best.

INDIVIDUALIZED CONSULTATIONS

As your Ayurvedic Health Specialist my role is to help you examine your current diet and lifestyle and help you to make choices that contribute to overall health, wellbeing and  balance.  We will work together to help you better understand your unique constitutional makeup and ways to uncover your true state of health.

Together we will evaluate your food, sleep, relationship, work and self care habits. We will co-create a plan that feels good and is in alignment with nature and your individual constitution so that you can be your happiest, healthiest self. 

You will have a personalized evaluation based on a thorough intake form and interview. The information gathered will reveal your constitution type and possible imbalances in mind, body, and spirit that may eventually cause disease.

Together we will develop a daily routine based on your unique needs which will include a combination of the following:


  • Dietary guidance
  • Activity guidance
  • Breath work (pranayama)
  • Meditation
  • Mantra
  • Lifestyle guidance
  • Yoga guidance

LETS GET STARTED


First, we will have a short video chat on Google Meet to introduce ourselves, discuss what you want to accomplish, and answer any questions you may have. Based on what services will best meet your needs we will schedule the next session via Google Meet or meet in-person.

Then, you will complete and submit an Ayurvedic Wellness Questionnaire. We will meet and, together, craft your personal wellness program, based upon your goals. Recommendations are personalized for your constitution and current state of imbalance.
