Hello beautiful, I’m so happy to have you here!
This space is about learning, growing and coming together to share our stories and support each other to lead the happiest lives we can. I want to you to feel that you have tools in your toolbox so that when obstacles block your path and challenges threaten to derail your journey, you have the knowledge and support to get over them, around them and under them to get back on track.
Changing our internal dialogue is just as important (if not more so) than changing our bodies. Self love- our relationship with our body- is more important than the size of our jeans or the number on a scale. Making peace with our bodies and transforming our inner dialogue is essential to true transformation and wellness.
My intention for creating this community is for you. For all of us. Together we can do something great. We can love ourselves and we can live an amazing life authentically and beautifully.
I have three desires:
- To remind you that you are just as worthy of care as those you give so much
- To give you accessible resources to sustain the practices you desire
- To provide you with the natural tools to support your yoga + wellness journey
You are the expert of your own life, and together we can grow, laugh, make mistakes, learn and own who we are.
My ultimate message is built around self-empowerment. My ultimate goal is empowering you to reach your healthiest, happiest life.
If our health is to be transformed, the process must begin within. Integration of mind, body and soul makes optimal health possible. By listening to our body and heart and concentrating on what we need and reacting accordingly we can align our balance, energy and happiness with the foods we eat, how we move the body and how we treat ourselves with care and kindness. A holistic approach to wellness can create long lasting health and can bring change into our lives.
Holistic wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about moving forward, sometimes backward, and making the most of every moment in between.
You’ve been putting yourself on the back burner for far too long. Making the time to care about yourself is about getting in touch with yourself, your wants, needs and dreams in body, mind and spirit. It’s about being comfortable with setting boundaries to protect yourself and deserving enough to say no when you need to so you don’t become burned out. Self care is making time everyday to relax, renew and energize.
Make the conscious decision to examine aspects of your life and take active steps to reset and revitalize your body, mind and spirit.
By giving ourselves a daily dose of compassion, we’re able to approach our work and relationships with a clear, happy mind, thus allowing the cycle of positivity to continue.

Finally give your body permission to unwind and let go. So that you can stop holding on to the heaviness of life’s challenges.
Find Your Peace
You don’t have to be addicted to the madness like everyone else. Instead, be the one who feels calm, collected and content.
Find the essence of who you truly are deep down inside. Hint: It’s not the chronically stressed out woman who is always “busy”.
While the everyone else spins in circles, you’ll be able to remain still. Knowing deep down, you don’t have to prove yourself to anyone.
