MEET JILL

If we slow down enough and learn to listen, the answers to vibrant health and more empowered living can be found all around us.

Meet Jill

Jill is a lifelong learner, yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Health Specialist and Yoga Teacher Trainer.

Jill has taught almost 3,000 hours of yoga classes, teacher trainings, private sessions and workshops.  She works with the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga to empower you with greater self-awareness and connection to your true nature.

Jill’s journey began about 12 years ago on a path to recovering from an eating disorder and slowly yoga began to weave its way throughout her life. More recently, Jill used the practices and philosophies of Ayurveda and Yoga combined with western medicine to beat breast cancer; she is continually humbled and inspired by the potential of Ayurveda and Yoga to transform, expand and heal and is devoted to sharing the practice with others.

Om Shanti Shanti

If we slow down enough and learn to listen, the answers to vibrant health and more empowered living can be found all around us.

Jill believes it’s more important  than ever that we use the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga to reconnect with what’s real and meaningful.

Jill’s classes focus on breath, alignment and the interconnection between mind, body and spirit, allowing students to work at their own pace in a safe and transformational environment. She teaches workshops on the chakras, the business of teaching yoga, Ayurveda, yoga and essential oils and a 4-week series, Yoga for Beginners. She hosts annual events to celebrate and embody International Women’s Day, International Day of Yoga, Winter Solstice, gratitude in the Fall and new beginnings in January.
