After coming down with my first full-on flu bug of the season, I should definitely keep these things in mind to be able to be more healthy now.
Oh my this looks a great idea! I will let my mom and aunt join me for this challenge. They really need this.
I just need it to lose weight – exercise, eating right, and drinking a lot of water. I have never been able to stick to any kind of challenge.

Totally agree, the holiday season should not be about deprivation and starvation. I am very inspired to know that there is a community for healthy eater this time around. It’s hard keeping up with health goals when everyone is so festive, like my family. I love this, I can do this.
