I’m here to help you with your holiday shopping.
If there’s one thing yogis share in common, it’s the desire to share this practice and the peace, joy and wellbeing it brings. Honestly, the only thing you need to practice yoga is you, but it’s fun and a boost of inspiration to receive a yoga gift from a thoughtful loved one.
Regardless of whether you are just beginning your yoga practice or are an intermediate or advanced yogi, the YogDev Yoga Wheel is a great tool to use to open up your shoulders and hips during yoga poses, for balance, strength, & flexibility. The YogDev Yoga Wheel can be used in your regular yoga practice much like you would a yoga block for added support and balance.
Delight a yogi with a new yoga mat. There are so many to choose from with a wide range of prices, colors and design. I highly recommend the Gaiam Sol.
The Dailygreatness Yoga Journal is designed especially for the modern female yogi. The journal combines a yearly diary, a goal planner, appointment planner and daily tools for self mastery to bring together all aspects of the body, mind and spirit making it a perfect tool for establishing and maintaining a daily yoga and meditation practice.
From kindness to the spine during practice, proper body alignment to going deeper into a posture, is why every yogi needs a set of yoga blocks. The blocks are almost as essential to a yoga practice as the mat.
Mala beads have become very popular in the yoga community with people wearing them for meditation, yoga practice or simply as a wonderful reminder of their yoga journey.
Another yoga essential, mat cleaner. The Asutra Yoga Mat Cleaner is natural with a beautiful scent.
Yoga mat towels can be used for meditation, a non-slip sweaty hot yoga practice, savasana blanket and more. A fabulous gift idea if the yogi in your life enjoys bikram yoga or an energetic vinyasa flow.
Yes, it’s true, I have a thing for fun coffee mugs and yoga theme is no exception. Browse Etsy and you’re sure to find just the right coffee mug or tea cup for a more personalized gift.
In this 7 Chakra Candle Set, each candle is colored + scented for its associated chakra and is all natural, made from plant wax and the essential oils.
One of my favorite yoga books Meditations from the Mat: Daily Reflections of the Path of Yoga. This book contains 365 short meditations integrating the practical lessons of yoga and modern daily life. The book is designed to read one meditation per day for a year.

Give the ultimate gift of a yoga retreat.
And, a gift that gives all year long, a membership to a yoga studio.
It’s no coincidence that a gift guide for yogis is interchangeable with a gift guide for self care. Both are a way of life.
I would love to chat.
