At the very top of the list is my son came home yesterday after completing his first year of college. Blows my mind that his first year went by in the blink of an eye. He said he feels the same way. So happy to have him home.

Loving my growing collection of yoga books. Actually, I’m loving all things yoga. Anyone interested in a yoga class? Tomorrow I’m teaching my first yoga class in a studio. The interesting thing is, I’m not nervous at all.

I won a variety of Jilz Gluten Free Crackerz to try and they will, undoubtedly, be in my Top 5 of favorite products of 2016. All of the flavors are awesome but mediterranean is my favorite. Right out of the box snacking.

There are a few things in life that I love that tend to come and go. Herb and fruit infused waters is one of those things. I drink it constantly and then suddenly I’m not drinking it at all. I’m at the drinking constantly phase and I can’t wait to share my new recipes.

Trust your heart. Trust your dreams. Trust your story.

Last but not least, a quote I’m loving lately. You know those moments when you tell yourself, I’ve done everything I can. Now I need to surrender and trust that things will work out.

I”m also loving, green smoothies and finding a feel-good-balance of yoga and these workouts, Tone and Burn Treadmill Workout 1 and Tone and Burn 2.
