A happier than usual Friday to everyone because that’s how it feels. Maybe it’s the fact that I continue to enjoy this feeling of total balance in life and a peace that, no matter what I’m doing, surrounds me. If I could bottle this feeling for all to enjoy, I would be a wealthy woman!

Part of becoming a CPT has been developing a business plan for becoming a girl boss (my new favorite hashtag!) and Jill Conyers | Fitness Health & Happiness is part of that plan.
I recently realized the reading list on my computer has changed drastically. The blogs I follow and read most often are a balance of fitness/recipes, nutrition and, most recently, the business of blogging. Essentially, the reading list is a reflection of fitness, health and happiness and the section of happiness a.k.a. business and blogging blogs has grown and has become my not to be missed reads.
I’ve absorbed myself in not only rebranding, but also learning all that I can about the business of blogging. It’s a slow process and the following ladies have been a tremendous help. I look forward to their emails in my inbox.
