    anywho, im going to keep an eye out for the next challenge. i just am barely getting settled after moving states and im a little behind on this plus i dont have a bosu ball! dang it i need one haha.

  5. Love that quote. Also, I am in musical theater and there is a lot of dancing in the show I’m currently in. Balance is so important, especially in some of the partner stuff where you are relying on your partner to support you completely!

  6. I too have been doing some workouts for 4 months now trying to shape up my abs. I’ll definitely try these moves..

  7. I need to get back to meal planning. I have been thinking about it the last few weeks and it just makes life so much easier. I have not participated in BOSU Strong yet, but hope I can take a pic this week at the gym. It really is such a great exercise tool.

  9. I am finally crawling my way back to setting a meal plan. It’s still a humble one: protein and carbs for lunch. But it’s my first step and I’m glad I’m putting some visibility and organization to it.
    I’m not joining the Bosu challenge because I was not sure I could handle it just yet.
