A desire for change seems to come naturally to me this time of year. I look forward to the change from summer to fall more than any other seasonal change of the year. Don’t get me wrong, going from winter to summer is always a welcome joy but there’s just something about fall.
Like the cool evenings and mornings of fall, my thoughts are crisp and energizing. There is a feeling of optimism and renewed energy in the air. Or is that just me?

Nice job on the workouts! Also, that quote…love it!
I try to meal prep on Sundays but sometimes the day just gets too full! My plan is to cook up a batch of ground turkey and veggies tonight to mix into a few lunches and dinners this week 🙂
I’m always striving to be better at meal prep! Sounds like a great week!
I love green smoothies for breakfast!!

I have started a fitness kick 2 weeks ago and have not started meal preps….I really need to. Great meal choices.
I love the quote. Looks like you had a great week!
I do like the change of seasons. The crisp air at night probably reminds me of the start of a new school year. My meal prep has been sadly lacking and will continue to do so with upcoming business travel. Can’t wait to get past that and settle back into a more normal routine.
Yay for BODYPUMP! It is always one of my favorite workout So!
That last quote is so very true!
