BELIEVE, the training EDGE, essential oils
Good morning and welcome to Fitness Friday!
Do you ever have so many wonderful and exciting things and ideas on your mind that you feel like you’re going to burst? That’s me this morning. Where to begin and more importantly where to end so this post isn’t too long?

A little reminder and motivation. Right where I can see it often. The geekiness in me changes my desk top regularly and the image depends on my mood. I wonder what START WITH BELIEVE says about my mood? My go to often for a desk top makeover is Lorna Jane. New wall papers came out today → Move Nourish Believe Desktop
So surprised to get this in the mail this week. Slowly but surely a dream is beginning to feel real.
Experimenting with essential oils. With a little research I’ve been working on creating an oil combination for a diffuser and a combination for healthy glowing skin. They should be ready to share next week. Seriously cool stuff.
I became a fan of Rich Roll after reading, Finding Ultra (great book by the way), so when I saw a giveaway for The Plantpower Way being hosted by Blissful Basil I couldn’t resist entering. I won! I have pages sticky-noted with the recipes I want to try first.
Have you ever notice that sometimes when you don’t want to workout is when you need to the most? Lately, it’s taken a little extra push to workout, but I’ve learned that life is better when I MOVE. Stress less, less overwhelmed, feel better, positive outlook overall. So, yes, it may take a little more encouragement but I’m making the time to move everyday.
