I’m chatting with Amanda and friends at Running with Spoons.
I think if I could do yoga everyday I would. I’m practicing poses I never would have dreamed of trying a year ago. This journey is full of mental and physical surprises. The kind of surprises that make you have a silly child-like grin on your face when they happen.
I don’t have photos of me [yet] because I’m in class when the progress is happening and I haven’t had time to take photos outside of class.
I’m practicing poses beyond my wildest imagination.
I still have a lot of practice to do but the fact that I’m even trying them is so unexpected.
My son is graduating this year and as of last week he has decided to go into the Aerospace Engineering program at the University of Cincinnati. He’s excited and after a campus visit last week he’s even more reassured about his decision. I’m so incredibly proud of him!
I’ve decided my obsession with “bowl” meals is mostly due to how easy it is to prep on Sunday and enjoy throughout the week.
I’m loving creating new workouts and the best part is they’re keeping me motivated to strength and cross train! Click the image above for the workout of the week.
Little by little I’m learning more about essential oils and I would eventually like to know enough to mix my own. In the mean time, the aromatherapy line at Bath and Body Works is awesome. I can’t remember who blogged about this pillow mist but it is amazing.
