Happy Monday! Are you ready for a new week? How about a new green smoothie recipe?
This is a green smoothie recipe with a twist. Instead of water or almond milk I blended a favorite fruit and vegetable combination with About Time ProHydrate. It’s so flavorful and refreshing, especially after a sweaty workout, you’ll forget that it’s good for you.
No artificial colors or flavors, sweetened with Stevia and Gluten free. Available in two great tasting flavors, Orange Mango and Raspberry Lemonade.
Clean and crisp hydrating green smoothie. Perfect for post-workout redhydration that tastes like a refreshing summer treat.
- 2 cups spinach
- 8 ounces About Time ProHydrate Orange Mango
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 orange
- Add ProHydrate and spinach to a blender. Blend well.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
