Happy Mothers day Jill! you radiate happiness and peace on that photo, love it! Your meal plan looks good.
happy mother’s day friend! i know you’ll enjoy it. cheers to happiness and health and family!
Hey Jill, two questions:
on a scale of one to ten, how hard is your. workout on your most active day? How loNg do you spend working out that day?
and I also see that youre not running anymore and you ran marathons before! What’s it like to stop running altogether? For me, i hate giving up anything because that means losing stamina and skill, so in a sense I almost too scared. to give up some activities in life, but I want to know how easy or what it was like for you?
Hi Linda, I give it my all with every workout. I workout at least 1 hour 6 days/week with yoga being 75 minutes, strength training is usually HIIT or a circuit for 30-40 minutes and cardio anywhere from 45 mins to a full hour.
What are your goals? What do you want to accomplish? Are you hitting roadblocks to fitness?
Looks like you are getting such a good balance of strength, cardio, and flexibility in your workouts! And your menu for the week looks delicious:)
