It’s official! Grilling season has begun. When I planned next week’s menu recipes for grilling and dining al fresco seemed the most appealing.
Graduation weekend has turned into graduation extended-weekend. Beginning Thursday house guests start to arrive. We have meals planned, catering ordered and reservations made to cover meal time Thursday through Monday for family and friends.
Monday: 18-Minute HIIT Workout x3
Tuesday: Elliptical, Abs & Obliques
Wednesday: 18-Minute HIIT Workout 2 x3,
Thursday: Elliptical, Abs & Obliques
Saturday: Hot Yoga
Sunday: Hot Yoga, Total Body HIIT

- freeze smoothie packets
