The menu for this week is a combination of tried and true often eaten favorites and new recipes. Tried and true favorites for simplicity sake and new because creating recipes is down time and one of the things I do to relax. If I could only find time to take photos of the new yumminess.

Right now I strength train because I know I need to. I practice yoga because I love it. I’m mastering poses, learning to just breathe and working on taking the strength and energy I feel on the mat into everyday life.
