Women Who Inspire Greatness

Women Who Inspire Greatness jillconyers.com @lornajaneactive @powercakes #believe #inspiration

Good morning and happy #dishthefit Tuesday!

The list of women who inspire is very very long, including all of you! But, for the sake of having time to workout before I go to work I’ve narrowed today’s list down to 2 women.

Why these 2 women?

Inspiration to chase your dreams.
Inspiration to believe in yourself.
Inspiration to believe anything is possible.
Inspiration to live your best life.

Who are theses women?

You probably won’t be surprised that Lorna Jane Clarkson is one of those women. She’s an active living advocate, a successful business entrepreneur, fashion designer and author. She’s the the driving force behind the MOVE NOURISH BELIEVE philosophy. How could you not be inspired?

I believe the start to a better future is simply our belief that it is possible. Lorna Jane Clarkson

I read her book More of the Fit Woman’s Secrets (it’s a must read!) and decided go for my dream of becoming a personal trainer and soon after a holistic nutritionist to create my dream job. Lorna Jane has a way of making you believe there is so much MORE inside of you and it’s up to you to find out what that MORE is. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Lorna Jane at Blogfest last year and she is just as amazing and personable in person as she is online.

I’m betting you can’t watch this and NOT be inspired!

Meet Kasey Arena. She’s a certified personal trainer, blogger, author, co-founder of Glow Retreat and owner/founder of Powercakes, LLC. You probably know her best by her blog, Powercakes.

I also had the opportunity to meet Kasey at Blogfest and I’m almost embarrassed to say, I cried the first time I met her. Overwhelming feelings of the significance of this person. Tears of joy. Kasey inspires fitness, loving life and, more importantly, a belief in being true to who you are. If you ever have the chance to do one of Kasey’s workouts, don’t hesitate! Do it! You’ll feel like a beast afterwards!

And, if that isn’t enough, Kasey works with kids as a trainer and inspiring body peace in young girls. Can you say superwoman with an inspiring heart?!?!

Shed shame and guilt and find lasting peace with your body. Kasey Arena

Kasey has no idea she was the inspiration behind my journey back to a healthy relationship with food. A post she shared took the embarrassment and shame away from having an eating disorder and that was a turning point in my life, health and happiness.

There’s no arguing that these women inspire. They’re changing the world one woman at a time.
