  1. I really need to remember that whole abs are made in the kitchen thing. I’ve wanted abs my whole life but haven’t been able to achieve it despite all of my running and workingout. I know I’d have to be pretty strict with my nutrition…which is the hardest part!

  3. I got in my mountain climbers yesterday. Tonight was yoga, which I needed so terribly!! Going to work those standing crunches into my tabatas in the morning!! Love love love all these fun challenges!

  5. I can’t believe we are in week four! I have heard of Standing Oblique Crunches, Mountain Climbers, Crossbody Sit Ups and Weighted Side Dips but have only done mountain climbers. I am excited for this week!

  6. The challenge is totally flying by! I am working on my planks and am now working 30 seconds at a time for four reps. 🙂

  10. Core training is so important! I spent time doing two core workouts last week, in addition to working my core during the group fitness classes that I taught. Love the sound of that recipe too, Jill! Have a great week!

  14. It is hard to believe this challenge is at week 4 already! Good work and very good reminder about abs being made in the kitchen. It is impossible to out-train overeating (and I have been an example of this many times over). Have a good week!

    1. Standing obliques!! I did a lot throughout the day. As for today, the spider planks are tough for me. I feel tight so it will take time to manage through more than one set.
