How this works:

  • The challenge starts on Wednesday, April 1.
  • Save the calendar graphic above to your phone or computer for easy access to the daily ab exercise- You can grab a quick photo with your phone or right-click on the graphic to save to your computer
  • Each day, snap a photo of yourself completing the #rockyourcore ab exercise – Use an app with a timer to make it a self-portrait or grab a buddy to double the fun. Tip: use your headphones with a toggle to snap a selfie. This is especially helpful if you’re like me and have short arms!
  • Using the hashtag #rockyourcore simply share your photo on Instagram, Twitter and/or Facebook.
  • Prizes will be awarded weekly so make sure to come back each week for the new post, including the rafflecopter, to enter for a chance to win. Prizes open to US residents only. The first #rockyourcore post with will be posted on Wednesday and every Monday after that.
  • Every photo shared will be an entry to win the weekly prize from our amazing sponsors!
  • Connect with others- search for the #rockyourcore hashtag to find others rocking the challenge!

  3. All I see is crunchy frog – pretty sure I’m going to have abs of steel! I do about 12 minutes of abs 3 days a week, going to have some new moves to add in by the end of April!!

  12. Right now my major ab exercise is sneezing. I’m not kidding, I’ve been having a major allergy attack since yesterday morning. Dude, I’m going to have some serious abs pretty soon!
