Have you ever eaten the same dish multiple times throughout the week? I don’t usually, but Pesto Zoodles is an exception. Super easy to prep the pesto and zucchini noodles on Sunday, quick meal anytime during the week and it tastes wonderful. Why not eat it multiple times? Maybe it’s my obsession with spiralizing every vegetable possible.
