Sometimes you just need to chat with friends.
Loving Lavender. I admit. I was a bit skeptical about believing the touted benefits of essential oils. After adding lavender to my bedtime ritual for the past month I’m now a believer. It’s time to broaden my essential oils experience beyond lavender and bedtime.
Chia Pudding Toppings. I’ve been experimenting with toppings for my Chocolate Covered Strawberry Chia Pudding. Same recipe just tweaking the toppings. Who knew so many things would work well with the chocolate + strawberry flavor combination!
A Leap of Faith. It can be scary especially when that LEAP isn’t what you thought it would be 3 months ago! How is it possible that you can be so super excited and frozen with fear at the same time? Last night I was having a conversation with my husband and found myself saying things like,
Instead of imagining what might not happen just think about the possibilities of what CAN happen.
If I don’t try I don’t even have a chance of living that dream.
Saying it and believing every word!
In My Future. After learning about National Eating Disorder Awareness Week and then reading a post at Fitting It All In about ways to get involved with eating disorder advocacy and volunteering I see that as a part of my future. I have a few ideas for in real life and online advocacy. Some how and some way working with the National Eating Disorder Association will be in my future.
I would love to chat more but it’s time to workout before getting ready to go to work.
