Move Nourish Believe
A workout week that was the perfect combination of running and yoga!
The #30daysofyoga is the 30-day challenge with Yoga with Adriene. Adriene is different from any other yoga instructor I’ve experienced. She is passionate about yoga, but she’s also very laid back. She emphasizes correct form, breathing and body awareness, but also finding what makes you feel good and practicing from where you are.

I am loving my yoga/running weeks- I can start to feel and see the progress 🙂 sounds like a yummy week at your house- wish we were neighbors!
Loving all the yoga you have incorporated into your workout schedule…Looks so similar to mine and I love it! All the hot yoga during this gloomy weather has been so good for my mind and body! XOXO
All of those meals sound amazing! yum!
ooh hummus collard wrap sounds yummy! You’ve done so much yoga this week. Looks like you had a great one.
I’m officially menu planning this week for the first time in forever. Can’t let life get ahead of me too much again! Trying to figure out what I can buy that will make my life interesting (I’m one of those people that can’t eat the same thing too many days in a row).
Your workout week was great! Mine was only two days, but that’s better than the nothing that was ALL of last year.
I’m doing the 30 day challenge too! I love her! I’ve never enjoyed yoga until I started doing hers. I love that she doesn’t take it too seriously and focuses on doing what you can.
I love that quote! It’s perfect!
Aw, I should have signed up for the 30 day yoga challenge! I love how yoga and running complement each other, at least for me! Your meals as usual sound so yummy!
Yoga is such a good thing for my body too. I feel so much better when I do it. What a great challenge!
That sounds like a great yoga challenge! Lately I have been trying to incorporate more yoga, even if its for just a few minutes each day. About to do an online class right now, actually!
The yoga challenge sounds great! I just left my current gym so I am on the hunt for a few studio. I like to try and go once a week. Happy Sunday!
The 30 Days of Yoga sounds awesome! I am late to the party but signed up to see what it is all about. This summer I found a 30 days of yoga challenge, but I think it was by a different person, it was such a nice thing to do after my runs! Have a great week!
I have been doing yoga for 17 years (since my oldest was born). Not only has it helped me be a better runner, but doing some of the more difficult poses has helped boost my confidence off the mat too! This week I was asked to post a video of me getting into headstand. It’s been a while since I’ve done one but I was pleased to see that i could just pop right up!
This is the week I find my yoga again!
