Weekly Menu Planning Link Up
Happy menu planning 2015!
I’m sad the the holidays are over, but I’m ready to get back into a regular routine.
Over the past few months I’ve been asked about why I use Skoop and how I use it in recipes.
Repair and Recovery
The more than 5000 phytonutrients found in plants. They aid cellular repair and recovery, so you can keep going stronger day after day.
Phytonutrients don’t eliminate stress. But they are the most effective way to help your body deal with the damage it causes.
The phytonutrients and antioxidants in Skoop help fight chronic inflammation, boosting cellular metabolism and immune response to keep your body biologically chill.
3 more reasons to buy Skoop products…
- THE FOOD, THE WHOLE-FOOD, AND NOTHING BUT THE FOOD.
- SAY NO TO SYNTHETICS.
- NO GMO.
Let’s face it. Organic, address stress, whole food, etc. is all wonderful, but if it doesn’t taste good and have a pleasing texture, none of that matters because you’re not going to use the product.
When I started using plant-based protein I accepted the fact that it wasn’t going to taste as good as other types of protein powder I’ve used and the texture would always be a bit odd.
With Skoop plant-based products that’s not the case!
The flavor and texture of Skoop is better than any other comparable products I’ve used in the past.
- overnight oats
- baked oatmeal
- granola bars
- mug cakes
- pumpkin pie
I use Skoop B-Strong in any recipe that I want to add a hint of vanilla, touch of sweetness (I use it instead of sweeteners) a protein boost and A-Game when I want to add a nutrient boost with 10 servings of fruit and vegetables.
