On my mind lately.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the often elusive balance and knowing the key to finding that balance is going to be prioritizing and knowing that it’s ever evolving. There are so many things I love to do, I want to do and on top of that, the things I have to do. As much as I want to, I know I can’t give everything 100%. The math just doesn’t add up.
Where am I going with this? Balance is my word for 2015.
It’s been just over 3 months since we chatted about my destructive relationship with food. I’m happy to say I feel great again, physically and actually enjoying foods that I love that at one time I wouldn’t allow myself to eat, but the mental side is still a struggle. Although nothing like it was before, the temptation to restrict my eating is still there. The biggest struggle is regaining a trust in myself. Kuddos for the progress I’ve made so far, but maybe I can’t do this all on my own. I might need help with this.
For as long as I’ve been blogging about health and fitness writing an About Page has been on my to-do list. I just kept putting it off. It’s tough writing about yourself.
