Workout Recap + Eat Clean Menu
So so excited to be able to say this is my I’M BACK workout week in review!
No, not back after an injury. Back after a run slump. After the Pensacola Half Marathon in October I took one week off to recover and then back to running. No problem. Then, BAM, out of nowhere my running mojo practically disappeared. I ran anyway but my heart just wan’t in it. I didn’t particularly enjoy it.
I took a few weeks off with little to no running.
Then, as quickly as it left, BAM, my running mojo was back! An unexpected amazing run this week and running life was good again. Surprisingly that run was on the treadmill. I definitely didn’t see the mojo coming that morning!
Monday: Piyo Lower
Tuesday: Run 4
Wednesday: Piyo Upper
Thursday: Run 4
Saturday: Run 5, Piyo Sweat
Sunday: Piyo Lower
I ended the week feeling like I had a PERFECT workout week!
