#DishtheFit Thank Yous and Visions
Happy almost 2015 #fitfam!
When Jess and I first talked about co-hosting The Fit Dish we immediately agreed we want to make this more than just a link-up. We had visions of a health and fitness inspired COMMUNITY that inspires, supports and motivates.
You guys have given us that and more! You’ve dished how you go from average to awesome, your life lessons, laughable fitness moments, goals, and accomplishments. You’ve shared tips, recipes and frustrations.
You’ve stepped a little bit outside of your comfort zone and shared your hearts. The thoughts shared in last week’s link up, A Letter To Your Body, defined what The Fit Dish is all about!

I say this every week, but THANK YOU Jessica and Jill for making this a topic for the Tuesday link-up. It really made me look at myself and do something I’ve needed to do for a long time now; make amends with my body.
We learned a little bit more about each of you that week. The emotions and authenticity in your letters are exactly what Jess and I envisioned for The Fit Dish!
