[Optional] topic: Embarrassing fitness experiences.
Love this idea for a topic but, can it possible be that I don’t have any embarrassing fitness experiences? Honestly, I can’t remember a single one. Surely there must be something and obviously my subconscious has blocked it from my memory.
It must have been really really embarrassing!
My family loves to play games and when we do, no matter what the game is, we laugh. A lot! Laughing so much your face hurts.
A few nights ago the 4 of us were playing a game and I started thinking about how good it feels to laugh. It’s relaxation and a whole body release.
So, instead of embarrassing because that’s sure to get a laugh, I bring you the

Runners are a subculture of American society and with that comes unique lingo like fratlek, snot rocket and gettin’ chicked. It also comes with unique humor. Humor that will make a runner laugh, but a non-runner will just think it’s weird.
