Every morning I start the day with setting 3 simple daily intentions to move, nourish and believe.

3 words that help start the day on a positive upbeat note no matter what awaits in the hours to come. The intentions keep me on track and remind me to keep it simple and trust what I know. I wake up in the morning and my mind seeks that balance and focus for the day.

I wake up with thoughts of, “how am I going to make the most of this day?”

7 days that can lead to a change that lasts a lifetime.
