I was going to recap the details of celebrating Active Nation Day, but instead I just want to say this.
My daughter helped me film the #LJMove video and afterwards I told her I didn’t think I wanted to share it. Her reply?
Mom you should share it. You look so happy!
She was right. I am happy. It’s not because everything in life is perfect, problem and stress free. It’s me. Inside.
What’s different? I’ve found a balance and I changed my thinking.

I’ve continued the daily practice of MOVE NOURISH BELIEVE for 28 days. They say it takes 21 days to create a habit. I don’t know exactly how many days it took but at some point between August 30 and today #dailyMNB became a habit.
I wake up every morning and I immediately think of 3 daily intentions. Almost 1 month ago I used MOVE NOURISH BELIEVE as a guide to get me started. Little did I know the MNB wouldn’t change. 3 words that guide my daily intentions keep me balanced and focused on what is important.
The tremendous amount of joy and friendship I experienced with the women that joined the #dailyMNB instagram challenge is beyond words. Every participant inspired me with their intentions, actions, words, and photos.
