I have this overwhelming feeling of what I can only describe as well being and personal growth. With that comes a million thoughts and things I want to share. No, not just share, I want to shout it all from the rooftops.
When you feel amazing you want everyone to feel amazing!
I’m on a journey that was, at first, unplanned and has now become intentional. This journey has lead me to be open, vulnerable and authentic in ways unlike ever before. I am putting the pieces together to create the true whole me.
I’ve wondered if where I am now has to do with my age and I’ve decided the answer is no. I believe, deep down in places where I have feared to venture before, this journey has to do with being open to life, potential and discovering all that I can be.
Where to begin. My thoughts on fear or vulnerability? A freedom I find from simply creating a new recipe? Meditation? It’s all part of this journey.
For now I leave you with workouts, a menu and this…

How often do you change up your workout cycle, Jill? Also, how did you edit such nice, beautiful title quote like the ones you have above with a transparent background and words?
Can’t wait for the Roasted Sweet Potato Slaw recipe! Sounds Yummy!
Looks like a great week of workouts! Love Body Pump! I’m heading over to check out the avocado sweet potato greens. 🙂
I’ve been having a tough time with motivation recently as well, but I think I just need to register for a new race and I will have that motivation again. I may be doing a sprint tri in august – but we’ll see!
I’m definitely going to have to try those pancake bites – such a clever idea!
I get that way a lot about even just individual blog posts sometimes. I have a lot of posts that I add to here and there without publishing because I have so much I want to say!
Ohhhhh, what is black bean burger?
I absolutely love that quote!
Your post just made me smile!! Sounds like things are really going well in all areas of your life right now!!!
Fantasticly said…you are awesome Jill!
I love that I can tweet straight from your post!
Holy crappola, Jill! I can relate to everything you said in this post OH SO MUCH. All of this felt like it could have just as easily come from my heart as it has from yours: “I have this overwhelming feeling of what I can only describe as well being and personal growth. With that comes a million thoughts and things I want to share. No, not just share, I want to shout it all from the rooftops. When you feel amazing you want everyone to feel amazing!” My heart is overflowing with joy and contentedness, and especially since I have a history of severe chronic depression – knowing what it feels like to be in the exact opposite place – my heart aches to help others feel the same as I feel now! When you feel amazing, you really DO want everyone to feel amazing! Although, I don’t know if that is true for everyone…I think that statement is partially a sign of having a really kind, empathetic, compassionate soul. I see that compassion in you through your writing. Anyway, it’s no WONDER I’ve been enjoying so many of your posts lately…we’re in a very similar place in life!!! Oh man, I’m so excited to see what you share next! <3
I love that quote. I am just starting back on my fitness journey after taking a break from it. It is also leading me on a new path and journey in my life. Previously I started a routine and then quit but this time I know that this is my new passion and lifestyle not just a phase. I feel like my life is going in a new positive direction. Your blog is very inspiring! I love the food ideas as well. It sounds healthy and very yummy!
Yes, yes, yes. I jot down notes throughout the day of things I want to record, things I want to share. It’s so much!
I’m so excited for you!! You sound like me about a year ago… the new directions and self discovery is so energizing! I still have lots of things I’d like to share, but my life is fuller and I’m spreading it all out over many more months than I would have in the past. Congrats on surprising yourself in the 10k, too!
Jill, again, I read one of your posts and think to myself “we are SO similar”. When I first started my journey towards a happier and more positive me, I had all these thoughts and feelings, that I too, just wanted to share it with the world, YELL IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS, and talk off anyone’s ear who would listen…
it’s incredible! and YES i have 35 saved draft posts of things I want to share on my blog…SO MUCH TO SHARE SO LITTLE TIME TO POST IT ALL! <3
Can’t wait for that sweet potato slaw! I’m really into all things sweet potato lately.
let me know how the healthy bite making goes!! or if you need more ideas. Love all the meals this week!
