After reading Chris McDoughall’s Born to Run I started adding chia to my smoothies and overnight oats. Then, after trying recipes from Scott Jurek’s book, Eat and Run I realized the multitude of ways chia seeds can be added to recipes for texture, consistency and, of course, nutrition.
