What a fun challenge! I’m trying to get back into working out this semester and motivation is sometimes hard to come by when I’m also getting busy with classes. My favorite way to sweat is jazzercise 🙂
My favorite way to sweat is to RUN! (I’m sure you figured that :)) Love that motivational quote about Active Living. I agree that it’s all about balance, not following the latest diet fad, etc.
I knew and me too! I’m slowly but surely feeling balanced.
I LOVE TO SWEAT! I work it out on the elliptical every day for 101 minutes – LOL weird number I know. And lately I have been making myself lift weights after, makes me feel so good. Today, I am going to do some push ups and some planks! 🙂

My favorite way to sweat is a fun outdoor playground circuit including monkey bars. Unfortunately I’d have to shovel out a playground to make that happen today, (whomp whomp)…. so I’m going to do another favorite, running. I’m excited to be starting this challenge and hope to actually stick with it!

So far so good! I’m extra glad that today’s planks are easy to do at home in a snowstorm!

Love/Hate relationship with sweat… I really don’t like it, yet if I don’t sweat, then I figure I wasn’t working hard enough!

My favorite way to sweat is running, but since that is on hold still I have recently found I enjoy circuit training, the Jillian Michaels DVD’s are proving to be a lot of fun to workout to right now:)

Yay so excited to start this challenge today! Of course my favorite way to sweat is not an option (trail running in the ice, I think not) but the second favorite will do today 🙂
Hi Kelsey. What do you think of the challenge so far? It’s a nice change of pace to add to my weekly workouts.
So many trail races have been cancelled this winter! I’m looking froward to when I can hit the trails and enjoy being outside again 🙂
My favorite way to sweat is to Run. For some crazy reason the dead heat of Summer is my favorite when I’m pouring sweat. It’s like releasing a ton of negative energy.

These days, my favorite way to sweat is running! I am looking forward to more strength training and spinning again, which makes me smile too. 🙂
Running will always be #1 but strength training is a very very close #2!

You are SUCH a motivation Jill! The queen! I am looking forward to supporting you all in the MNB challenge! Wish I could join in, but my training is now at the intense stage and I just do not have any excess energy to spare if I want to run 1:13 in my half in a few months! I will keep looking for the motivation from you though 🙂

I’m hitting the treadmill tonight! My favorite way to sweat is outside but the dark is not my favorite!! I have also really been loving getting my sweat on with weights!

My favorite way to sweat is running with a close second of lifting. I also LOVE yoga, but unless I do hot yoga, I don’t sweat as much!
Running will always be my #1! Then, strength training followed by non-much-sweat yoga. They all make me happy 🙂

My favorite way to sweat is running. I thought about this challenge but with a race vacation in the middle, I will continue with my usual workouts. I may try a few days of the challenge when it fits into my schedule.
