Tomorrow is day 1 of the Make A Change challenge and my “change” is trying a gluten free diet. My family is willing to support me in a lot of ways but they’re not going to give up eating out. I needed a plan.
When I decided to try a gluten free diet for 30 days one of the first obstacles (or so I thought) I thought of was eating out. We typically eat out 1/week but both of my kids’ competitive seasons are in full swing this time of year and that means dining out more than usual. I’ve noticed gluten free menus here and there but have never really given it much thought. Until now. Much to my surprise finding restaurants with gluten free menu options was easier than I expected. There was only one restaurant I looked for specifically that does not offer gluten free options, my favorite pizza place, Dewey’s Pizza.
