The author of 2 of my favorite cookbooks, Engine 2 Diet and My Beef With Meet, is coming to Whole Foods tomorrow. Buying The Engine 2 Diet was a big part of successfully changing my diet to plant-based. Chad isn’t exactly sitting on the edge of his seat in anticipation but he agreed to go with me.
