Most Requested Recipe
Over the past year I have started creating my own recipes. With some laughable epic fails and some tasty successes, Asian Broccoli Slaw is, by far, one of my top 3 most requested recipes. When I don’t feel like eating what’s on the menu this is my easy-go-to favorite.
2-3 cups prepackaged broccoli slaw
1 tbs sliced almonds, toasted
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c shelled edamame
2 green onions, chopped
Annie’s Naturals Lite Gingerly Vinaigrette (or dressing of choice)
- Cook edamame according to directions.
- Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a cast iron skillet until browned.
- Combine first 5 ingredients and toss.
- Add dressing and serve.
Add a side of fresh fruit and you have a perfect light summer meal.
