Summertime is almost here! For menu planning that means the oven and stove are used less often, the grill is used almost daily, and more fresh fruit and vegetable salads, sandwiches and snacks. It’s the best time of year to enjoy the tastes and textures of the season. It’s seasonal eating at its best!
This is the perfect time to try infused waters. Strawberry-Basil is still my favorite. I’m going to try a blueberry combination this week!
